Giles Watling MP has today signed the Conservative Friends of Israel (CFI) Pledge on Israel as he commits to stand with the country in the face of attacks from Hamas terrorists.
In light of the recent devastating attacks - targeting women, children, and the elderly indiscriminately - it is important now more than ever to reaffirm our support for Israel against the onslaught of terrorism facing the state.
In a statement, Giles Watling said:
"The images we have seen coming out of Israel in the last few days have broken my heart. No family deserves to live in fear of armed terrorists breaking into their homes, festivals, or on their streets - and certainly no family deserves to die. Britain remains committed to our allies and I am pleased to be supporting Conservative Friends of Israel with the pledge to stand by Israel now, during these tough times, and beyond."
