I take a dim view of benefit tourism, London Councils dumping their problems on us, we can’t afford it and we shouldn't tolerate it.
We have our own rules on who can apply for a council home. You have to live here for 5 years before you are eligible. Local benefits for local people. Local homes for local people!
Nationally, I feel the same. People work hard, pay their taxes and don’t want others coming here to take advantage of them.
We need to control immigration. If you want to come here and are a positive part of our society - you’re welcome, but you should not be able to come here and claim benefits if you do not intend to contribute.
